Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise utilising the website located at aztec-bonanza.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), operated by Pragmatic Play Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), the user (hereinafter referred to as "the User") is deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all terms, conditions, rules, and provisions set forth herein (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and the Company. The User represents and warrants that they possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into this binding agreement and that their use of the Site does not violate any applicable law or regulation within their jurisdiction of residence.

Site Usage Rules

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate access to the Site for any User found to be in violation of these rules, without prior notice and without liability to the User.

IP Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the Site and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, images, audio and visual materials, software, source code, databases, and all other proprietary materials (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Content"), are owned by or licensed to Pragmatic Play Ltd and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including but not limited to copyright law, trademark law, and database rights.

The Company name, logo, and all related designations are registered trademarks or unregistered trademarks of Pragmatic Play Ltd, and no licence or right to use any such trademark is granted to the User by virtue of these Terms or by accessing the Site. Unauthorised use of any trademark displayed on the Site is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal proceedings.

No Content from the Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or otherwise exploited in any manner whatsoever without the prior express written permission of the Company. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Company. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and view the Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This limited licence does not confer any right of ownership or any other proprietary interest in or to the Content. Any breach of the intellectual property rights of the Company shall entitle the Company to seek injunctive relief, damages, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

The Company does not warrant or represent that the Site will be available at all times, that access to the Site will be uninterrupted, that the Site will be free from errors, defects, or harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. The Company makes no warranty that the Site will meet the User's requirements or expectations. Any reliance by the User upon the Content or information provided on the Site is undertaken entirely at the User's own risk.

The Company shall not be held responsible for any decisions made by the User in reliance upon the Content available on the Site. Limitation of Liability

This limitation of liability applies to, without limitation, damages arising from: loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, or business opportunities; loss of data, information, or goodwill; business interruption; personal injury or property damage; unauthorised access to or alteration of data; the conduct of third parties in connection with the Site; and any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary loss. The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to the User's breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, violation of any applicable law or regulation, or infringement of any third-party rights. The indemnification obligations set forth herein shall survive the termination or expiration of these Terms.

Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to any conflict of law provisions that would result in the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. The Company operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by a recognised gaming authority, and all matters pertaining to the Company's regulatory obligations shall be subject to the applicable laws and regulations.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the the competent courts. The User irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such disputes and waives any objection to the laying of the applicable venue.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in order to protect its intellectual property rights or other proprietary interests. If any provision
